                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2,
                   OVERFLOW MONITORING AND ALARM SYSTEM, WITH R
                   & W CONTRACTORS, INC., WHICH CHANGE ORDER
                   WILL INCREASE THE CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF
                   EIGHTEEN THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN
                   AND 39/100 DOLLARS ($18,867.39) FOR A
                   REVISED TOTAL COST OF ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-
                   FIVE THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE AND
                   60/100 DOLLARS ($125,155.60), WITH SAID
                   CONTRACT TO BE INCREASED BY TWO HUNDRED
                   FORTY (240) DAYS FOR A COMPLETION DATE

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized
       Change Order No. 2, Overflow Monitoring and alarm system, with    

       R & W Contractors, Inc., which change order will increase the
       contract in the amount of $18,867.39 for a revised total cost of
       $125,155.60, with said contract to be increased by 240 days for a 

       completion date scheduled for April 9, 1993.
